These commodities and their related technical data are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (‘ITAR’). A license authorization from the U.S. Department of State is required for export of these commodities from the U.S. or by a U.S. person outside the U.S. These controlled commodities may not be resold, transferred or otherwise disposed of to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s) without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government.
